How's Your Teeth?

Anyone else out there receive sub-standard dental care prior to discharge from active duty?  And what avenue of recourse did you follow?  Tricare won't cover dental without an extra charge.  Then you must have the plan for one year before you're covered; and then only at 50%.  Be wary of pre-discharge dental care.  All my fillings were redone 30 days prior to separation from active duty;  with temporaries.  Six years later, the onslaught began.  I have 14 teeth remaining;  none of which are salvageable.  I dream of a full set of implants!
